Semi-private Training

Training sessions are 45 minutes in a  semi-private setting (3-5 people), giving you the results of working closely with a trainer, with the comraderie and support of a group class.

You will receive coaching and instruction in a studio setting.  We have specific programs for fat loss, flexibility/mobility, and strengthening/stability with an emphasis on your abs, low back, and hips - your body's "core."

Three to four sessions per week will help you see the necessary changes in your body, when combined with proper nutrition.  This program is NOT for everyone!  This program is highly efficient because we get more work done in a shorter amount of time, which requires great effort.  If not willing to "do work" than you may not get the desired results.

This is not your typical fitness club, this is an out-of-the-box experience that has to be seen and felt to really appreciate the difference. We will build your foundation and gradually add on from there, progressing you when you are ready, but not before then.  We want you to be "structurally sound" before we push you out of your comfort zone.

Post-rehab/Post-injury Fitness

If you have just finished rehabbing an injury you may want to continue on with a fitness or wellness program to build on the progress you have made.  If you have had past injuries and need coaching from a trainer experienced in post-rehab fitness, this is the right spot.  Besides being highly experienced with post-injury clients, we have experience working in clinical settings, also.

The warm water therapy pool is a nice option for those with past injuries.  The vibration platform is also joint friendly and can combined with joint mobility movements to help reduce excess muscle tension while building bone and muscule strength and making your movements more efficient.

We will offer a FREE week to let you try it out and see if it is right for you.  You will fill out a health history form prior to any sessions.  Please download the form and email it to us at gravityfxfitness@gmail.com before your first session if you have previous injuries, concerns, etc.
